From the hallway, you enter the stylish open-plan living space, which is light and airy — a lovely place to relax and unwind. A wood burner provides warmth on colder nights, creating the perfect setting to cosy up while watching a movie on the television.
Within the living space is an extendable dining table and chairs — the ideal spot to sit and plan your day ahead. Beyond the dining table is a very well-equipped kitchen with a double electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
Bifold doors from the living area open onto a delightful courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun and al fresco dining. There is also a handy washing line to hang your swimwear after a day on the beach, which is less than a five-minute walk away.
The first floor provides a spacious double bedroom and a twin room, both boasting shower en-suites.
Located in the village centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, village shops, and all the best pubs and restaurants.
As Kingsand is a historic village, there is very little private parking, and there is no private parking at the cottage. However, you can easily park and load/unload directly outside the cottage, and the public pay-and-display car park is less than a three-minute walk away.
