On the lower ground floor, the characterful kitchen-diner opens directly onto the rear garden. It includes a dining table for four, a breakfast bar with two stools, and is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, and freezer.
Upstairs are two charming bedrooms—one king size and one double—both with far-reaching views and original fireplaces as attractive features. At the top of the spiral staircase, a second-floor room with skylight views offers games and puzzles, alongside the bathroom, which boasts a beautiful corner bath and traditional hand held shower for peaceful relaxation.
The secluded garden is surrounded by mature greenery and offers two patio areas: a larger space with a dining table and chairs, and a smaller bistro area at the far end, perfect for enjoying warm evenings outdoors.
The local area offers plenty to see and do. Llan Ffestiniog is a lively village with a convenience store, historic church, and the friendly Y Pengwern pub. Nearby Blaenau Ffestiniog offers attractions including its famous railway, Llechwedd Slate Caverns, and Zipworld.
Outdoor enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice, from hiking and mountain biking to exploring lakes, coastline, and mountains. Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) is less than 20 miles away, while Criccieth Beach, Harlech Beach, and Black Rock Sands are all around 30 minutes’ drive. Anglesey is also easily accessible.
