The enclosed lawned garden with a sitting-out area and garden furniture is accessed via a side gate which is 34 steps away from the cottage front door plus an additional lawned area with table and chairs directly opposite West Anstey Church, plenty of space to dine alfresco or sip your morning coffee. There is a light in the side and main garden. The main garden is south facing and has a view over the fields.The Two Moors Way has an abundance of fields for dog walking, plus a private wood with two ponds for dogs to swim in. You are able to walk through the fields which then join Exmoor. Beautiful views across the valley to Dartmoor on a clear day. We are under The Exmoor Dark Skies Region.
