Babbling Cottage is a modern stone-built holiday home designed for comfort and relaxation, sleeping four guests across two floors with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, the open-plan living and dining area features comfortable seating, a log burner, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen including a cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nutribullet, and hand-held blender, alongside a quartz dining table with seating for all guests.
Also on the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with wardrobe space, bedside tables and lamps, and a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, toilet, and washbasin. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and an en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink, plus a storage room with a washing machine and extra storage space.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a games room shared with Spindlestone House, Spindlestone Cottage, and Birdsong Cottage, which includes a pool table, table tennis, dart board, sofa, and fridge, while the shared garden with Birdsong Cottage has garden furniture and a barbecue (note the garden is not enclosed). Parking is available outside the property, and guests may bring up to 3 pets at £25 per pet, per stay.
