Accessed via a series of gentle steps, the ground floor opens into a spacious sitting room with patio doors leading onto the main sun deck and private garden, a perfect space to unwind after a day exploring Devon. The living area is comfortably furnished with deep leather sofas, a 43” Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker, alongside a welcoming log-burning stove (logs provided). The adjoining kitchen and dining room is well equipped with a hob and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, alongside a fridge-freezer, and washing machine. From here, guests can access a ground-floor double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy.
